Chain of Custody (CoC) is the process of tracking certified wood fiber from the forest to the mill, to the merchant to the printer. CoC insures the integrity of the supply chain, so the consumer can trust that the paper we print on originated from responsibly managed forest.

In 2008, ANSUN became Chain of Custody certified according to the standards established by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative [SFI], Forest Stewardship Council [FSC] & the Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification [PEFC].

It is now a standard in offset printing to utilize inks that are made from renewable resources such as linseed, soy, canola, and rapeseed oils. These inks have also been formulated to emit the lowest VOC’s ever in the print industry and are totally nontoxic, biodegradable and recyclable.

We can also help suggest recycled papers that would complement your print project. There are a wide range of stocks offered with different recycle content both pre and post consumer.
